A Life of Creativity

My life is about to become insanely busy.

Thanks to my outgoing husband, a deli counter, a new friend and God’s sense of humor, I’m about to begin a new internship, and I am unbelievably excited. But in this new adventure, I am realizing just how much I will have to schedule my life now. A part of me wants to resist that scheduling – I am an artist! I do things on a whim – you can’t plan inspiration! But the unfortunate truth is, without purposefully setting aside moments to create, to write, and to dream – every day would be in danger of slipping away from me with nothing more than an empty coffee cup and a blank journal to show for it. That is not the life I want.

So, I am creating a life schedule. I am purposely setting aside time to create. I want to live my life of creativity to the fullest!
